（通訊員趙莉）2024年09月14日上午，在公司基地一樓會(huì)議室，公司外語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)班正式開(kāi)課。公司機(jī)關(guān)及施工隊(duì)伍骨干人員共59人參加。培訓(xùn)班分英語(yǔ)和俄語(yǔ)兩個(gè)班，培訓(xùn)班為期5個(gè)月。此次培訓(xùn)聘請(qǐng)了專(zhuān)業(yè)的英語(yǔ)及俄語(yǔ)老師。
隨著公司海外業(yè)務(wù)的不斷發(fā)展，對(duì)外語(yǔ)人才的需求也越來(lái)越大。同時(shí)，具備良好的外語(yǔ)能力也是對(duì)外溝通交流合作的基礎(chǔ)。公司舉辦這次培訓(xùn)班，旨在通過(guò)集中專(zhuān)門(mén)強(qiáng)化學(xué)習(xí)，掌握、提高員工外語(yǔ)能力，為公司儲(chǔ)備人才及海外戰(zhàn)略提供保障和打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。

公司完成煤層氣鉆壓一體化項(xiàng)目

（通訊員：羅明）近日，煤層氣項(xiàng)目部傳來(lái)喜訊，公司承擔(dān)的亞新煤層氣集團(tuán)FK7井鉆壓一體化項(xiàng)目順利完工。
FK7井位于煤層氣阜康1區(qū)，設(shè)計(jì)井深3097m，實(shí)際完鉆井深2860m。2023年12月1日開(kāi)鉆，2024年3月9日，共計(jì)115天。
FK7井為典型山前構(gòu)造井，地質(zhì)條件復(fù)雜，地層壓力高、溫度高，施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高、難度大。為確保鉆井按期完成，公司鉆井隊(duì)伍冒著零下30度嚴(yán)寒天氣，放棄春節(jié)團(tuán)聚，堅(jiān)守崗位。技術(shù)專(zhuān)家全力把控井下異常，確保了鉆井進(jìn)度平穩(wěn)推進(jìn)。
公司高度重視FK7井鉆壓一體化項(xiàng)目。抽調(diào)鉆井、壓裂各路專(zhuān)家組建煤層氣項(xiàng)目部，統(tǒng)一協(xié)調(diào)指揮。項(xiàng)目由鉆井50001隊(duì)、壓裂1隊(duì)、壓裂2隊(duì)共同承擔(dān)。裝備、物資保障靠前服務(wù)，精細(xì)化控制，確保了項(xiàng)目的安全優(yōu)質(zhì)高效。項(xiàng)目期間，公司董事長(zhǎng)多次到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)鼓舞士氣。要求鉚足干勁、確保安全、全力鉆進(jìn)。
FK7 井壓裂自6月4日開(kāi)始準(zhǔn)備，組織搬遷設(shè)備、技術(shù)人員現(xiàn)場(chǎng)布局、連接車(chē)組，提前聯(lián)機(jī)調(diào)試混砂儀表等。6月12日開(kāi)始施工，7月4日完成全部壓裂任務(wù)。
FK7 J2x 煤層施工難度大，存在地層低滲透、巖性致密、非均質(zhì)性強(qiáng)等諸多復(fù)雜。壓裂過(guò)程中，在亞新煤層氣集團(tuán)開(kāi)發(fā)管理部、一五六勘查公司、技術(shù)研究院等眾多專(zhuān)家的悉心指導(dǎo)下，壓裂隊(duì)通過(guò)變更施工液體體系、更換105井口四通及雙平板閥控制井口等措施，4天完成3級(jí)施工，最高施工壓力83MPa，打破了煤層氣井施工的最高壓力。
FK7鉆壓一體化項(xiàng)目的順利完工，用實(shí)力證明了公司鉆井壓裂隊(duì)伍是一支勇于攻堅(jiān)、敢打硬仗、能打勝仗的隊(duì)伍。公司將圍繞新疆亞新煤層氣集團(tuán)的需求，勇于挑戰(zhàn)，不斷提升煤層氣鉆壓一體化服務(wù)水平，積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)，助力新疆不斷將煤層氣資源優(yōu)勢(shì)轉(zhuǎn)化為經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢(shì)，做強(qiáng)做優(yōu)煤層氣開(kāi)發(fā)主業(yè)，為自治區(qū)煤層氣的綜合開(kāi)發(fā)利用做出新的貢獻(xiàn)。
