中秋節(jié)前一天,董事長(zhǎng)李熙帶我們到井隊(duì)節(jié)日慰問(wèn)。慰問(wèn)結(jié)束,走出板房,大家邊聊邊往停車(chē)區(qū)走,一拐彎,一身紅工服的大個(gè)子就沖到我們跟前,雙手遞上小紙條,我們每人一張。
“領(lǐng)導(dǎo)們看一下,我們有合作的機(jī)會(huì)嗎?”
我雙手接過(guò)小紙條,抬頭看他,紅工服映的臉黝黑油亮,撤回的雙手蒼勁粗實(shí),堅(jiān)定的眼神中透出真誠(chéng),更有些許期待。
“在國(guó)外干過(guò)嗎?”董事長(zhǎng)看了看紙條,
“墨西哥干了七年,項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理”,
“那很好啊,找機(jī)會(huì)我們聊聊國(guó)外項(xiàng)目”,
僅僅20秒的駐足,三兩句話,收著他的小紙條,揮手告別,我們離開(kāi)井場(chǎng)。
一上車(chē),我們都很感慨,我甚至感到一絲震撼。國(guó)企職工,工作穩(wěn)定待遇優(yōu)厚,干好本職工作就行啊。也許,這只是通俗上的理解,舊觀念下的認(rèn)知。今天,他作為國(guó)企職工,放下身段,見(jiàn)縫插針尋求任何一絲推銷(xiāo)展現(xiàn)自己的機(jī)會(huì)。國(guó)企職工尚能如此積極主動(dòng)、自我突破,我們呢?深刻反思吧!轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,打開(kāi)思路。工作量不會(huì)主動(dòng)跑到跟前,市場(chǎng)是開(kāi)拓出來(lái)的,信息是交流出來(lái)的。穩(wěn)定的企業(yè)平臺(tái),持續(xù)的養(yǎng)家糊口能力,是大家共同的目標(biāo),最基本的訴求??墒且咔橹?,大環(huán)境堪憂,我們每一個(gè)人都務(wù)必動(dòng)起來(lái),不放過(guò)一絲的機(jī)遇,艱苦奮斗,自力更生。再大的浪,我們齊心協(xié)力,也終將是那粒厚實(shí)的沉淀下來(lái)的沙!
回到公司,我聯(lián)系了紙條上的他。他對(duì)我說(shuō)“我本職分管安全和設(shè)備,我自己加了市場(chǎng)……”
