為加強公司專業(yè)技術人才交流，提升人才素質，深入推進培訓方式，提高技術技能型人才培養(yǎng)質量和服務區(qū)域經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的能力。3月11日，公司與克拉瑪依職業(yè)技術學院舉行校企合作簽約儀式，共同建設產(chǎn)教融合實訓基地。公司副總地質師董明、克拉瑪依職業(yè)技術學院石油工程系主任孫新銘及相關技術及專業(yè)教師共同參加了此次簽約儀式。
會上，董明介紹了公司近況和發(fā)展方面所做的努力及取得的成績。同時感謝學院長期以來在優(yōu)秀技術人才輸送所做的各項工作。雙方自2009年首次合作以來，在企業(yè)人才培訓，畢業(yè)生就業(yè)等方面開展了多方位的合作。希望今后能夠加快推進校企合作，達到互利共贏，培養(yǎng)出適應公司需求的技能型專業(yè)人才。
雙方就石油工程相關專業(yè)進一步校企合作產(chǎn)教融合事宜進行了深入洽談，并簽訂產(chǎn)教融合校企合作協(xié)議書，為后續(xù)合作奠定堅實的基礎。根據(jù)協(xié)議內容，雙方將在社會需求調研和設置專業(yè)、培養(yǎng)方案設計與實施、校企共享基地建設、實習教學和頂崗實習、就業(yè)服務與指導、畢業(yè)生跟蹤調查、科技開發(fā)與成果推廣、在職職工繼續(xù)教育與培訓、職業(yè)資格鑒定和“雙師素質”教師培養(yǎng)等領域進行合作。通過合作，形成以社會人才需求和學生就業(yè)為導向，以行業(yè)、企業(yè)為依托的校企合作產(chǎn)學研結合的聯(lián)合辦學體制和機制，努力成為本地區(qū)本行業(yè)高級技能人才培養(yǎng)、學術研究、項目開發(fā)、信息服務與技術援助的。
