2024年3月,正通油氣又迎來了復工的激情時刻。人力資源肩負著保障員工權益、優(yōu)化人力資源配置的重任。我作為其中一員深感責任重大,在擁有壓力的同時也賦予了我工作的動力,對此我充滿信心。
復工之際,我摒棄了長假帶給我的“懶散”,以最快的速度調整工作狀態(tài),以飽滿的熱情投入到工作中。我深知生產施工是一個需要團隊協(xié)作、精益求精的行業(yè),每一個崗位都至關重要。因此,我和我的團隊立足本崗位,加強與各個部門的溝通與協(xié)作,確保各項工作能夠順利進行。
在復工的過程中,我們注重提升員工的專業(yè)技能和素質,組織了一系列的培訓活動,涵蓋了鉆井技術、安全操作等多個方面。通過培訓,不僅增強了員工們自身的技能水平,還提高了對工作的認識和理解,為公司的發(fā)展注入了新的活力。

I know that production and construction is an industry that requires teamwork and excellence, and every position is crucial. Therefore, my team and I rely on our responsibilities to strengthen communication and collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth operation of all work.
During the resumption of work, we have focused on improving the professional skills and quality of our employees and organized a series of training activities covering drilling technology, safe operations and other aspects.
