公司董事長李熙對調(diào)研組一行的到來表示歡迎和感謝。并就公司基本情況，2022年及2023年科研項(xiàng)目開展情況做了詳細(xì)匯報(bào)。
陳科萍認(rèn)真聽取了公司在生產(chǎn)中遇到的困難和問題，并就市級、自治區(qū)級科研項(xiàng)目申報(bào)、科技政策、科研創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)等工作中存在的問題進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場指導(dǎo)。
陳科萍表示，政府將幫助公司解決實(shí)際困難，鼓勵(lì)企業(yè)走創(chuàng)新發(fā)展之路。同時(shí)表示，正通公司作為新疆油聯(lián)的龍頭企業(yè)，要發(fā)揮自己的優(yōu)勢，與各大高校聯(lián)合創(chuàng)辦實(shí)驗(yàn)室。
中國石油大學(xué)（北京）克拉瑪依校區(qū)教授周洪濤、克拉瑪依職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院副教授廖作才、周鵬高，公司財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)李梅生、工程技術(shù)研究開發(fā)中心相關(guān)人員參加座談會(huì)。

Chen Keping listened carefully to the difficulties and problems the company encountered in production, and provided on-site guidance on problems in municipal and autonomous region-level scientific research project declarations, science and technology policies, scientific research and innovation platforms.
Chen Keping said that the government will help companies solve practical difficulties and encourage companies to take the path of innovative development. He also saidthat Zhengtong Oil & Gas, the leading enterprise in Xinjiang Oil Industry Association, should give full play to its advantages and jointly establish laboratories with major universities.
Zhou Hongtao, professor from China University of Petroleum (Beijing) Karamay Campus, Liao Zuocai and Zhou Penggao, associate professors at Karamay Vocational & Technical College, Li Meisheng, the company's financial director, and relevant personnel from the Engineering Technology Research and Development Center attended the symposium.
