2017年5月3日，在新疆正通公司黨支部活動(dòng)室召開了黨支部成立大會(huì)，會(huì)議由創(chuàng)業(yè)建設(shè)管委會(huì)支部書記辛重震主持，參加會(huì)議的有三平路街道黨工委副書記、政法委書記、紀(jì)工委書記曾麗萍，三平路街道黨群辦主任郭華，新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)石油工程技術(shù)服務(wù)企業(yè)聯(lián)合會(huì)黨員代表以及正通公司黨支部15名黨員。
會(huì)上曾麗萍同志宣讀了《關(guān)于同意成立新疆正通石油天然氣股份有限公司、新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)石油工程技術(shù)服務(wù)企業(yè)聯(lián)合會(huì)聯(lián)合支部的批復(fù)》，并按照《中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨章程》和《中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨基層組織選舉工作暫行條例》的規(guī)定投票選舉李月廷為聯(lián)合支部書記。
最后由支部書記李月廷表態(tài)發(fā)言：“聯(lián)合支部的成立，健全了黨的組織機(jī)構(gòu)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了發(fā)展企業(yè)生產(chǎn)與黨建工作的齊抓共管與相互促進(jìn)。作為第一屆聯(lián)合支部書記，有信心帶領(lǐng)組織隊(duì)伍，讓黨的建設(shè)對(duì)園區(qū)的非公企業(yè)的組織建設(shè)起到模范帶頭作用，為加快建設(shè)石油石化工業(yè)化新區(qū)、油田技術(shù)服務(wù)新區(qū)、和諧文明現(xiàn)代化新區(qū)貢獻(xiàn)努力。”
