4月11日上午，在機(jī)關(guān)樓1號會議室，公司召開了2022年生產(chǎn)啟動會。公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、機(jī)關(guān)部室負(fù)責(zé)人共30人參加會議。會上，生產(chǎn)技術(shù)部、鉆井一項(xiàng)目部、二項(xiàng)目部、壓裂隊(duì)克拉瑪依及川渝項(xiàng)目部匯報了目前生產(chǎn)組織情況。市場總監(jiān)李鋒就2022年鉆井壓裂市場及工作量進(jìn)行了分析，公司常務(wù)副總經(jīng)理李剛對全年生產(chǎn)、安全、經(jīng)營工作進(jìn)行了安排和部署。
公司董事長總經(jīng)理李月廷作了重要講話，他指出：
首先，代表公司董事會，感謝所有員工做出的不懈努力。2021年，在公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的帶領(lǐng)下。克服困難，頂住壓力，患難見真情。第二，2022年，面對油田合同模式的變化，我們要改變以往生產(chǎn)組織及經(jīng)營思路，迅速去適應(yīng)。第三，做大做強(qiáng)壓裂產(chǎn)業(yè)。用壓裂技術(shù)爭取更大市場，開拓鉆壓一體化風(fēng)險合作模式，開辟co2壓裂市場。
李月廷最后強(qiáng)調(diào)，生產(chǎn)啟動會的召開，預(yù)示著公司生產(chǎn)全面鋪開，各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)要組織、安排好各項(xiàng)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動，堅(jiān)持技術(shù)領(lǐng)先、創(chuàng)新思維。全體員工要堅(jiān)定信心，為全面完成2022年經(jīng)營目標(biāo)而努力。

At the meeting, the Production Technology Department, Drilling No. 1 Project Department, No. 2 Project Department, Fracturing Team Karamay and Sichuan-Chongqing Project Department reported on the current production organization situation. Marketing Director Li Feng analyzed the drilling and fracturing market and workload in 2022, and Deputy General Manager Li Gang arranged and deployed the production, safety, and operation work throughout the year.
Li Yueting, Chairman and General Manager of the company, delivered an important speech, highlighting:
First of all, on behalf of the company's board of directors, he would like to thank all employees for their tireless efforts. In 2021, under the leadership of the company's leaders, we overcame difficulties, withstood pressure, and true feelings emerged in adversity. Second, facing changes in the oilfield contract model in 2022, we must change our previous production organization and business mindset to adapt quickly. Third, make the fracturing industry bigger and stronger. Leverage fracturing technology to secure a larger market, explore an integrated drilling and fracturing risk cooperation model, and open up the CO2 fracturing market.
Li Yueting finally emphasized that the convening of the production kick-off meeting signals the company's comprehensive production rollout. Leaders at all levels must organize and arrange various production and operational activities, adhering to technological leadership and innovative thinking.
