會上，公司書記、監(jiān)事會主席、工會主席歐陽良梅對石崗市長一行的到來表示歡迎和感謝。市場總監(jiān)李鋒就公司基本情況、上半年生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營狀況及存在問題、工作建議等進行了匯報。隨后，與會人員重點圍繞公司生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營工作遇到的問題和困難進行了交流討論。
石崗市長對公司成立以來取得的成績給予了充分肯定。針對公司目前存在的問題和困難，他指出，一是政府各部門要高度重視，貫徹落實習(xí)近平總書記在疆考察重要講話精神，全面了解油田技術(shù)服務(wù)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀以及存在問題，促進我市地方油田技術(shù)服務(wù)企業(yè)健康有序發(fā)展，為黨的二十大勝利召開營造良好的政治社會經(jīng)濟環(huán)境；二是要重點關(guān)心關(guān)愛重點骨干民營企業(yè)，扶優(yōu)扶強，政策要相應(yīng)傾斜；三是企業(yè)要集中精力搞好自身生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營工作，強身健體；四是企業(yè)在市場決策要果斷堅決，下定決心。
最后，歐陽良梅代表公司感謝石崗市長一行對正通公司的關(guān)心和指導(dǎo)，并表示正通公司將繼續(xù)團結(jié)帶領(lǐng)全體干部員工克服困難、降本增效、積極開拓、砥礪前行，為推進克拉瑪依市經(jīng)濟高質(zhì)量發(fā)展做出更大的貢獻。

Regarding the company's current problems and difficulties, he pointed out that first, all government departments should attach great importance to implementing the important speech spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's inspection in Xinjiang, comprehensively understand the current situation and existing problems of oilfield technology service enterprises' production and operation, promote the healthy and orderly development of local oilfield technology service enterprises in our city, and create a good political, social, and economic environment for the successful convening of the 20th CPC National Congress; second, we should focus on caring for key private enterprises, supporting the excellent and strengthening the strong, and policies should be tilted accordingly; third, enterprises should concentrate on improving their own production and operation work, strengthening their capabilities; fourth, enterprises should be resolute and decisive in market decision-making.
