近日，公司積極開展各種活動(dòng)，慶祝“五一”勞動(dòng)節(jié)，紀(jì)念“五四”青年節(jié)。
4月27日，公司工會(huì)組織節(jié)日慰問品，分送到正在疆內(nèi)施工的每支隊(duì)伍。向疆外施工的壓裂1隊(duì)、2隊(duì)，海外施工的尼日爾項(xiàng)目部發(fā)放了節(jié)日慰問費(fèi)用。
4月28日，公司機(jī)關(guān)、車隊(duì)、壓裂隊(duì)35歲以下青年齊聚大農(nóng)業(yè)基地，開展了以“弘揚(yáng)五四精神，奉獻(xiàn)火熱青春，爭當(dāng)時(shí)代青年先鋒”為主題的戶外活動(dòng)，通過參觀苗圃、徒步、勞動(dòng)、游戲互動(dòng)等環(huán)節(jié)，加強(qiáng)了溝通交流，增進(jìn)了員工友誼。
公司董事長李熙參加活動(dòng)并做了重要講話。首先，代表公司董事會(huì)、工會(huì)、共青團(tuán)組織向工作在各個(gè)崗位的全體員工和青年朋友們表示誠摯的慰問和節(jié)目的祝賀。

4月30日，公司財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)李梅生、總經(jīng)理助理包明魁、副總地質(zhì)師董明一行赴夏27區(qū)塊慰問了鉆井16隊(duì)。
5月1日，公司總經(jīng)理李剛、副總地質(zhì)師董明、綜合辦公室主任羅明一行赴艾湖12區(qū)塊慰問了鉆井4隊(duì)，
李剛詳細(xì)詢問了隊(duì)上各項(xiàng)工作情況并強(qiáng)調(diào)指出，要關(guān)心員工的工作和生活。同時(shí)，借此和準(zhǔn)鉆合作的機(jī)會(huì)，要努力學(xué)習(xí)對方先進(jìn)的技術(shù)、基礎(chǔ)管理、生產(chǎn)組織及安全管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，提升隊(duì)伍管理水平。
